Fall Reflections & Journal Prompts

It is always important to find pause in each season, each month or each week to tap into our true selves. Pressing pause on the outside world for reflection allows us to notice our growth, our learnings, and our achievements. It gives us grater awareness in our lives to make conscious action coming from a heart centered place, rather than a racing mind. I’ve collected my musings and metaphysical reflections over the past few months to share with you all (see below). I encourage you to do the same. Keep a seasonal or monthly journal.

Journal Prompt Ideas:

  • Detail a few moments of joy

  • Identify one trigger you experienced this season

  • Note what you are letting go of this season and why

  • List feelings you’d like to experience more of

  • Identify 3 things that you can actionably do this week to bring more joy into your world
